I have never heard of angels being a bad thing or that they attach themselves to you. Can you explain that a little more?

This is an excellent question, there are many types of Angels many more than I know about, most are helpful Spirit Beings that come from the 5th Plain of Existence and do may great and helpful works. There is some information see the section Guardian Angels

The Angels I refer to in the first few sections of the Spirit & Ghost page on the website are the Spirit Angels like Ghost and Spirits, are the Spiritual or Souls of people who have died and not departed within the 9 day period available to them. Then they become trapped in the Earth Realm.

I would not describe them as bad and they are only looking for help, although they do affect us because when they are in our Aura Field we can feel disturbed or even take on some of their programs, as this is where many of our learned programs are stored. Thing like how we learned to walk and talk etc.

As these Spirit Angels like Ghost and Spirits are basically a cross section of the general population some are very positive and helpful others are misguided and can lead you astray, most of the information is on the site in the Spirits an Ghost page.

Fourthly with the removal of many of the Human Life Energy blocks and disturbances, particularly those from within the Soul, of more and more of the physical population, this will cause a raising of collective human consciousness in an exponential way to create, extraordinary changes to both human values and our Earth.

We are privileged and you should be excited to be both a witness and to experience these changes now, and as they unfold over the next 20 to 30 years. And some of you will remember the first time you experienced Energy Healing or maybe just reading this when you ere explaining to your children and grandchildren of what Health Care was like only a few decades ago.

Ground Breaking Energy Healing Research ...

Practical Energy Healing Research being conducted by the Metaphysical Institute

We are currently beginning some Research on Energy Healing with the graphing the Human Life Energy Fields within the body.

We take a reading by measuring the electrical energy in a number of points on the hands and feet before an Energy Healing; one that is done with no actual physical contact with the patient.

This will then graph all the major Energy Meridians within the body on a computer monitor is also shows left and right balance, Ying & Yang energy balance and more.

As we do the HEART Energy Healing we communicate with our mind to these Human Life Energy Fields through the universal life force energy, this communication is done in the Delta State in our methodology, where Reiki primarily uses the Alpha State. Why Changing Habits and Behaviors can be Difficult?

Changing habits and behaviours can be difficult because most of our reactions are automatic, let me explain. This is also why many affirmations also fail.

Consciously we process only about 40 bits of information per second, which is not very much , yet unconsciously or as automatic programs, we process some 15 million bits of information per second, a massive difference.

Now many of these automatic programs are our original life programs; for instance, we don't tell our hair to grow or our heart to beat; these and thousands of others happen automatically.

However many are also learned programs; for example, we learn to walk; we don't consciously tell each muscle what to do, this is learned automatic program which runs automatically when ever we decide to walk.

The same happens with most of our behaviors and habits as well as many other things within our life. This is the way we are created, however many of these learned automatic programs are no longer servicing us well.

Yet, they are programmed to run instantly and automatically whenever the same emotions or thoughts pass though our consciousness, even for a microsecond.

To change these automatic programs consciously or by will power can be difficult if not impossible for some, because they are programmed to run 24 hours per day seven days a week with no conscious input. When we try to do this consciously we only consciously focus on the new solution for a relatively short time. This is also why many affirmations don’t seem to work. So the question arises how can we easily create a change to these programs to serve our current needs or goals? ...

Does a universal spiritual healing energy exist that can seemingly create miracles in your life? Can this energy accelerate your spiritual enlightenment? Can this energy also heal your body and mind?

Many cultures think there is. Let's take an imaginary vacation around the world and explore this energy.
Imagine travelling to the big island of Hawaii. You investigate an active volcano and witness scientists placing steel rods into the lava.

The steel rods melt. However, much to your astonishment there is a woman walking through the lava unharmed.

Of course you want an answer to this mystery so you approach the scientists to ask them why. How can steel melt in the lava, yet the woman's feet are totally protected?

The scientists look at you and shrug their shoulders.
It's an anomaly," they explain. This answer doesn't help you very much. So you ask the woman how she does it.

She explains that she is a Kahuna and that she believes in a universal spiritual healing energy known to her as Manna.

She believes this energy spiritually benefits her and it can also protect her from the lava. She further counsels you that it can benefit you as well but only if you believe in it.

Let's continue our mental vacation and travel to Tibet in the winter. You are met by a Sherpa guide. Imagine you are wearing a parka and but are still cold. You travel to a location where you find several monks nearly naked, sitting upon large blocks of ice.

These monks are being filmed and to your surprise they are melting the ice! Of course your rational mind demands an explanation. You turn to the scientists and the camera crew that is filming this event.

The scientist proclaims, It's an anomaly." Again the explanation doesn't give you any information. You approach the monks with your Sherpa Guide. You learn that the monks believe in a universal spiritual healing energy which they call Tumho.

They believe this energy will benefit their spiritual enlightenment and it can be used in spiritual healing. They further believe that it protects them from the cold. They wisely counsel you that this energy can work for you too, if you believe in it.

Let's continue our investigation and travel to China. Much like Bill Moyers discovered n the 1980's we find a small elderly man in his 80's. He is a Tai Chi master and we learn that no one can budge him from his spot.

When we ask the scientists how this is possible, they proclaim, "It's an anomaly." Wanting more understanding, you approach the Tai Chi master and learn that he believes in a universal spiritual healing energy known as the Chi.

He believes this energy accelerates his spiritual evolution and it is also a healing energy. He further explains to you that if you believe in this energy it can work for you too.

The next leg of our journey takes us to India where we meet a spiritual yogi, perhaps the supreme yogi, Sri Babaji, the Immortal One. We speak with this young man, a spiritual giant in India, who never ages and wonder about his secret.

He tells us he believes in a universal spiritual healing energy known as Prana. He believes that this energy is most beneficial for spiritual enlightenment and it keeps his body youthful.

He further believes that this energy can be literally brought into one's life with an intention. Babaji says that this energy can work for you, if you believe in it.

For the last part of our vacation, we journey to France, to Lourdes. While visiting the sacred healing area, we are faced with numerous miracles that science can only explain as an anomaly.

A man riddled with tumors the size of lemons bathes in the water and emerges totally free from them. Crippled women told by medicine they would never walk again bathe in the waters and walk again.

When you ask the nuns what is happening, they proclaim, "We believe in a universal spiritual healing energy we call the Holy Spirit." They believe this energy furthers spiritual understanding, creating healing miracles in the body and mind.

They believe this energy will work for you as well, if you believe in it.

In our travels we've discovered a universal spiritual healing energy known as Manna, Tumho, Chi, Prana or Holy Spirit. It appears that this energy becomes available to believers.

Place your body in a comfortable position.

When yogis want to relax and meditate, they lie down, allowing their shoulders to sink to the earth. They also focus their attention on the middle of their foreheads.

Next, they take a few cleansing breaths to relax their minds and have the right attitude. A cleansing breath is breathing through your nose and exhaling out your mouth while making an audible "aaaaaaahhh" sound.

While doing this, try to imagine you are sinking into a tub of warm, soothing water.

Now prepare your mind with some thoughts. Say the following affirmation aloud three times with PASSION:

"My body and mind are about to receive the universal spiritual healing energy."

Pause after each repetition and believe this is about to happen. Believe this is the case.

Repeat this affirmation three times:
"My body and mind are now receiving the universal spiritual healing energy."

Again, after each repetition, pause and feel it. Anticipate and expect it to happen.

Now for the final step with the affirmations, repeat three times:

"My body and mind are completely receiving the universal spiritual healing energy."

Pause and feel that you are receiving and absorbing this sacred healing energy.

If you practice this affirmation every day, you will find that your ability to receive this sacred energy increases. You are learning to receive and absorb this energy. It doesn't matter if you call this energy the Holy Spirit, tumho, prana, manna, chi or the power of thought.

The greatest discovery in human history was the discovery of mind. Your thoughts can draw this energy into your life and create surprising changes.

This energy exists if you believe in it. It won't force itself upon you, but you can choose to bring it into your life. You have the power of choice. Your moment of power is always in the present. It's your choice.

You now have the power to become a believer and a receiver of this spiritual universal healing energy.

How to Change or Stop Behavioural Programs and Patterns Quickly?

I wanted to introduce you to a simple and effective way to change or stop Behavioural Programs and Patterns, this has been for sometime, incorporated into the Human Energy Assessment Release Treatments system simply known as HEART Energy Healing.

Divine Creator, father, mother, son as one… If I, my family, relatives and ancestors have offended you, your family, relatives, and ancestors in thoughts, words, deeds, and actions from the beginning of our creation to the present, we ask for your forgiveness… Let this cleanse, purify, release, cut all negative memories, blocks, energies and vibrations and transmute these unwanted energies to pure light… And it is done.

This is essentially what is done for you at the Spiritual or Energy Level during a Human Energy Assessment Release Treatment, HEART Energy Healing.

A simple Kinesiology technique is used to identify, and assess any negative disturbances or blocks within your Human Life Energy Fields. All Life Programs and experiences are stored within your Aura, which is part of your Soul; this is from the time of your Creation until the present.

Now once these blocks and disturbances are removed we still may run Behavioural Patterns and Programs that are no longer desirable or empowering, so we need a simple and effective way to Stop or Change Behavioural Programs and Patterns, Quickly and Effectively.

This incredibly simple method can be applied at any time with or without having had a HEART Energy Healing, however if you are not getting effective results you may have some major disturbances or blocks to your Human Life Energy Fields that is causing a defective program to run; this may need to be released before the unwanted behavioural patterns are stopped or changed.

Are my Human Life Energy Fields Disturbed and Can I Heal Them?

The Metaphysical Institute as an Alternative Therapies and Alternative Healing Institution gives you information to both understand not only how you health is affected but also simple ways of healing yourself.

To correctly restore Human Life Energy Field interferences it is important to understand when and why this interference started. This information allows us to use a systematic approach call HEART Energy Healing System, Human Energy Assessment Release Treatments developed by the Metaphysical Institute to restore these interrupted fields, in the quickest and most effective way, to give lasting results. Obviously to become a trained Healer you will need to learn how to learn if a field is disturbed. We will only be dealing with, when and why of Human Life Energy Field disturbances.

Aura or External Human Life Energy Fields Interferences

The first is Collective Negative Energy this is basically caused by a large number of people experiencing the same emotion from a single incident. A Tsunami causes massive fear and if it affects a large population. The collective fear creates a Negative Energy Field that spreads around the World and disturbs approximately 80% of people, generally disturbing their Aura which affects the Crown Chakra, very often many of our Chakras as well.

The second is what we call Spiritual Being Interference; you may ask what this is? Let me explain. When a person dies generally their soul leaves the body and goes back to The Spirit World, where they enjoy this magnificent place, reunite with their Soul Friends and evaluate their evolutionary progress. Secrets of Life. However a small number of Souls mistakenly believe they have serious issues and so feel they are not yet ready to return home so they choose to stay in The Earth Realm. These Spirits and Ghosts (see this section for more details) are drifting looking for help and release, in essence they have emotional, Energy Field interferences, which once released or healed, they will go home to The Spirit World. While still on Earth they will on occasions occupy another person's Aura. This has the effect of disturbing the living persons Aura and often their Chakras. If no help comes to the Spirit it will seek out another soul.

For those of you who are more highly evolved Souls, and whose energy centre is nearer to their Crown Chakra, you will most likely get more of these interferences. For the vast majority, who are generally more grounded, with the centre of their energy field closer to their base Chakra, you may feel a sense of sudden tiredness and lack of energy which will hopefully pass the moment the spirit leaves your field. If you continue to feel tired your Aura and Charkas are most likely disturbed and you will need to restore them.

The third is very important whenever we go to sleep, we can become disturbed. Once our conscious mind goes to sleep, which is a vital part of the revitalization of our physical being; this allows part of our Aura to reconnect to the Spirit Realm. Part of our Aura can then leave the Physical Body Aura Field and revisit any place or time it has been before, it does this almost instantly, in the time it takes you to blink your eye. This means that if it visits a place or time in the past, where it had been disturbed before, it will become disturbed again. This is why you may wake up feeling very tired or listless. There is a very simple way to restore these disturbances, which are dealt with in detail at the section, Healing Our Energy Fields.

Other Aura interferences and most are caused by our internal Disharmonious Emotional Issues which will be dealt with later as these issues are similar for both Auras and Chakras. To understand fully, whenever our Aura is disturbed; some of our Chakras will most likely also become disturbed. Now when we restore the Aura, in most cases the Chaka will need to be restored as a separate process. The exception is when you use a simple method we will deal with in the next topic that you can do for yourself.

Because our Aura, of which our Soul is a part never, dies, the memory of any unresolved emotional interferences may still be present from past and our present lives on Earth or elsewhere. As mentioned after physical death our Soul goes back to The Spirit World for debriefing, evaluation and healing, where we resolve most of these issue in the Spirit World. However, we also need to resolve any unresolved issues from Earth, on Earth, in some future life. Many Souls carry major issues through many lives, causing increasingly more severe mental and physical health problems. This is also the cause of hereditary defects that are passed on through generations. If you think of the Aura as the "software" and the body as the "hardware" and if the software is corrupted (disturbed) it may in time affect the hardware, although this is only a relatively small change over many life times it becomes significant.

Why Life Energy Field Healing is so significant and important is because once the corrupted "software" is fixed (disturbed Energy Field is healed) the "hardware" (Physical Body) is created as perfect again in the new life. In many cases this will occur in the current life unless the "hardware" (the Body) is too damaged to repair itself and this is where our Doctors and Surgeons are invaluable.

Truth about Ghosts, Spirits and Angels

Much that is written and discussed about Spirits, Ghosts and Angels is fantasy with just a touch of truth.

There are 3 main types of Human Spiritual Beings, namely Spirits, Ghosts and Angels. The first two are basically the same with a Ghost just having more layers of the Aura present as part of its Spiritual identity. Angels are a completely different Spiritual Being although with the same purpose. There are also other Spiritual Beings that are the Souls of mammals however we will only focus on Spirits, Ghosts and Angels

All these 3 Spiritual Beings basically live forever and existed before they inhabited the human foetus that became a person. They are the Souls of all Humans; their Spiritual Side.

All Souls have different levels of evolvement and personalities and this is exactly what we observe in Humans.

When we, as physical beings die, some Souls, much less than 1% choose to stay in the Earth Realm. These are what we call Spirits, Ghosts and Angels. These Ghosts, Spirits and Angels have the freedom to choose what they wish to do and how they wish to behave, just like any human being.

One thing that happens once they choose to remain here on Earth is they loose contact with their Spiritual Guide which is their connection to their permanent home in the Spirit World.

This means they become trapped here and most eventually spend much time going from person to person looking for some one who can help them return home. To a Spirit there is no time or space, so some have been trapped here for thousands of years.

Ghost & Spirits - Upsetting Olympic Sports Performances

While watching the Olympic swimming on TV during the week a very uncharacteristically poor performance by our Australian champion Libby Trickett caught my eye.

Interviewing her immediately after the event she appeared totally unaware of why she had not performed to her peak. He reaction was like a total blank.

This got me thinking and checking her Energy Fields. I found out immediately that she had a Ghost in her Aura, although she was totally unaware of this Spiritual Being disturbing her Aura.

I immediately removed this Ghost and returned it to its rightful home in the Spirit World.

What I am going to explain now is going to be unbelievable for some and will surprise many.

Let me explain a Ghost Spirit or Angel is just the Spiritual Part of a dead person that has chosen to stay around Earth rather than be guided to return to the Spirit World as 99.9% of Spiritual Beings chose once their Human Physical Part dies.

To have a Ghost, Spirit or Angel visit you is generally a fairly common practice. They visit many people looking for help. Many are trapped around our Earth wanting someone to release them. As most people are unable to help them and generally unaware of their presence they stay a while and leave and visit someone else.

They will often revisit people 10 to 20 times a year. For most people the affects are minimal. A hot flush like feeling, sudden tiredness, cramping, a strange unsettling feeling. Others people who are more aware, can often tell when a Ghost, Spirit or Angel come to them, some feel even severe pain, other just uncomfortable.

Anyway getting back to the Olympics. On checking Alain Bernard, he also had a Spirit in his Aura during that final leg.

These are just two incidents but show how performance can be adversely affected particularly with athletes where 100th of second can create a great the difference in the result.. There was nothing these athletes could have done to prevent these occurrences. It was just chance.

Whenever Australians are abut to complete, I will check them, if I'm watching and have found the odd Spiritual Being, which I remove, before the event without them being any wiser.

Law of Attraction - Why Do Thoughts and Emotions Affect Our Health?

This is a normal reaction; however what ever we focus upon, we attract. In the past many of your disturbances have come from external sources and this has made you angry at a Spiritual Level. You now need to let this go at a conscious level; I have removed this on a Spiritual Level; because now they are mostly coming from Internal Sources.

This does not mean this is happening at a conscious level; generally this is at an unconscious or Spiritual Level. But if you focus on them they become a conscious thought. All thought is creative whether positive or negative and begins an attraction process. We need to practice how we think until it is a habit.

Energy Healing for Sports Injuries

Before I understood Energy Healing or created the HEART Energy Healing System I had a small number of injuries that showed up while participating in sporting activities. I wish I had known the power of Energy Healing at that time.

As an age Triathlon competitor I have had Achilles tendon injuries in the past and they take a lot of rest and exercises to heal, using conventional therapy. This process took 4 to 5 months before I could resume full training.

However after I discovered how to heal my self using Energy Healing, I had another Achilles injury a little worse than the first incident.

Using the information learned from energy healing I quickly removed the original disturbances and restored all my Aura and Chakra Energy Fields and a few others like my Core Star and Hara line. Energy Healing - Are Miracles Happening Today?

Faith, Psychic and Energy Healing; this question was posed with reference to Christians; should they accept these energy healings? The inference was that we should keep away from these because of a certain passage in the Bible which was more about psychic prediction than healing.

May I put another view for consideration? Spiritual, Faith or Energy Healings' are still going on as in Biblical times. Jesus said: You can do all that I do and more; or words to that effect.

Often when invoking an Energy Healing for a person; this is very similar to Praying but in a much more specific way than most Prayers.

Let me clarify, All Healing comes from God, The Source and All Healing takes place from within you, as you were created to heal yourself naturally. All a competent Energy Healer is doing, when invoking a healing; is removing any impediments from preventing this natural process. We all have this natural ability. However most of us have not recognized it or have never used this ability and so we have lost the memory of how to heal ourselves and others.

A competent Energy Healer invokes a healing in a very specific way for a specific problem or incident and if invoked correctly, that change happens almost instantly at the Spiritual or Energy level of that person. The physical manifesting of that energy healing may take that person's natural healing process a few hours, days or more to appear.

Why are we so surprised? Haven't our most important breakthroughs come from experiences that when they were happening to us we would have stopped these events if we could?

Also consider, has any conventional medical treatment not worked with some people and doctors try something different, and then something different, this also may not work. Do we criticize? Maybe; do we stop all treatment? We are all so uniquely different.

Very few people have any idea of what the original cause or Spiritual reason is for any event that happens to us or another person.

Jesus understood this and never judged anyone, although he did refer to some as misguided.

Until we have the understanding of Jesus, we need to follow his message -

"Ask and it will be given to you;
seek and you will find;
knock and the door will be opened to you.
For everyone who asks receives;
he who seeks find;
and to him who knocks,
the door will be opened." Matthew 7:7,8

How Kinesiology can work in day to day life

Kinesiology, saves time and can be used in every day life. A friend, had just given me a lot of information to look up and research and this is part of my reply. It is a bit chatty but gets the message across.

Thanks for all the information, you have been busy and your effort is much appreciated, I have a busy schedule today but I will check out all the links and information using my kinesiology technique.

I simply ask a few questions like, is this information something I should read or learn about? If the answer is yes. I ask, Is this something I should read now? etc. Then I will get a priority list this saves a lot of time and effort. These are the same type of questions that I ask to determine what links go on my site.

This reminds me as today is our wedding anniversary and last year we were celebrating by having dinner at Langtry's Restaurant at the Cadogan Hotel, built in 1887 in London off Sloane Square I think this is in Knightsbridge. It was during this trip around the world that opened my mind to the power and use of kinesiology for every day functions.

As you travel, you are unfamiliar with local products, restaurants, hotels etc., it came to me why don't I just ask. As we were on a budget, I would walk down the aisle of Sainburys checking out the best value wine that would be of the quality we would both like. If I asked if it was only for me I would often get a different wine. This is very cool to be able to select a wine with our opening the bottle, interestingly I have never had a bad wine using this technique. Wine is a hobby of mine and it is quite expensive in London.

It takes some practice to ask specific questions and you need to understand where the answers are coming from, you are wanting the answers from The Creator or your Spirit Guide, not from some other part of yourself. Enough of this topic.

Another thing that happened on this trip that had not happened to me before was; in different parts of the World I could be walking down a street and my Energy Fields would become greatly disturbed. I would feel great pain in my body, anger and fear; on checking I found emotions like Anger with the Creator or Universe ( I use God for myself as I know who I am referring to; however as God is also a generic term it is not used in the Spirit World, and many people are mislead by some misguided Angel or Spirit Being, using this term, to influence people on Earth, Sorry for the long explanation) and Fear of Death.

I would heal myself but this would only be temporary so after more questioning I found out I had been there before in another life and often died violently.
